Mr. Alfonso has represented clients around the world in arbitration, including NFLPA Collective Bargaining Agreement (“CBA”) arbitration.  Mr. Alfonso has also litigated post-CBA arbitration award claims in Federal District Court and on appeal to the U.S. Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Alfonso offers his substantial personal experience in working with high profile client athletes, in the areas of arbitration, commercial litigation, personal representation and criminal defense, to sports management companies and their agents, whose athlete clients require elite legal counsel.
